All books shipped upon
receipt of paid book order.
Oklahoma residents add 5.75% to total order for sales tax. PayPal orders will automatically do this based on zip code.

Feel free to send an order without a form by mail or to call an order in (Visa
or MasterCard only).
This catalog contains a few kinds of books/items that are denoted by the type of order number they have. If the order number contains a G or R in it (G005, EG202, R002, etc.) the item will be shipped within 2 working days directly from Gregath Company. If not (AD005, ADAR305, GR205, etc.), they will be drop shipped (usually within 2 weeks and various methods).
Standard shipping & processing fee includes USPS Priority (or other class for heavy orders) mail - for in stock items (G and R prefix - unless otherwise noted) - always check the shipping crate on the sales page for special offers. Get 2009 S&H and other discounts through March 1.
Wholesale, bulk and large-item orders as well as non-continental USA orders may be charged S&H differently.
All orders are charged a standard shipping & processing fee of $11.00 for first item ($2.00 each additional item).
PayPal Orders: Until March 1, 2010 - use the pre-order form to be custom billed at 2009 shipping costs.
