Dedication
This book is dedicated to the forefathers of all persons who bear the name Gregath in America. His early life was filled with hard work and adventure. He grew to manhood in a European area that experienced unsettled conditions and the constant threat of war. He came to America seeking a better way of life for his family and to be free. He was a well educated, kind and loving husband and father, completely committed to his family. His spirit lives on today in his descendants.
