  • Standard $11.00 shipping and handling fee for mail orders
    ($2 for each additional book to the same address) within the 50 states shipment after receipt of payment. 

  • Orders that are filled in-house (G & R order numbers, others in stock) are shipped via USPS Priority.
     Other methods/costs may be available upon request.

  • All orders that provide email will get email confirmation of order receipt when requested.

  • All orders filled or drop shipped (AD numbers) upon receipt of full payment, including all shipping and processing.

  • Oklahoma residents add 5.75% to total order for sales tax. PayPal orders will automatically do this based on zip code.
