*HPEF Special Order - FREE SERVICE! These are books that we usually do not carry in stock. We may not be the only business who carries them, nor are we able to say exactly when these will arrive. Just like the general public, these HPEF special orders are handled through a post office box in Washington DC. An early 2004 special order took over 6 months to be filled, but it did arrive. However, we have no way of checking on the status of any HPEF Special Order once forwarded from our offices. Realize that ordering through us is no "magic bullet" to target the (what we are gathering must be) backlog of orders HPEF is experiencing.
