Email us with your order, you will be notified by return email as to availability order status. Once you have emailed confirmation that your books are available at the online published price, you then can use PayPal (all major credit cards, etc. accepted) to send payment directly, or you can request a PayPal billing from us.
Note: Your browser needs to accept cookies to use PayPal. This enables us to take all major credit cards via secure server over the Internet.
For faster mailing, be sure you include the book title and/or order number in the comment line, if not using the shopping cart.

Due to the nature of online orders, all items/books are shipped USPS Priority and a $9.00 fee will be assessed with each order. Orders of more than one book should use the extra shipping "item" below, or at the top of each cart listing page, to add $2 S&H for each additional item to the same address.
