- Economical Color Hardbinding
Expand beyond the limits of foil!
Colorful
printed and laminated hard covers for eye-catching appeal and long-lasting
durability. From photos to Coats-of-Arms – this is
a great way to add
color
and interest to your hard cover presentation! Additionally, from a
marketing standpoint, many bookstores will not stock books on their shelves,
unless they have a full color cover. This is also a
great way of tying books in a
(family) series together but yet make them almost completely different as well.
With the 4-color cover you have the front, back, and spine you can design and
add different elements
into included in the binding charge, rather than a
specific, set size in foil on front OR
back, of with deluxe covers.
This
full color process is an cost effective hard
binding alternative to the dust jacket.
Note,
however, full
color
hard covers do not include flap
or end sheet imprint/printing in standard pricing. Special end sheets can be ordered,
but the most economical is white blank end sheets. All books are
guaranteed for quality of workmanship
and materials.
Currently, our standard color hard cover offering on our quotation sheets is 8½x11", very economical machine-sewn, and square backed - up to 1/2" thick. Titles that are more than 1/2" thick that prefer the color covers may be library approved double fan or notch adhesive bound (rather than sewn) for the same expense. If you prefer an alternative, contact us for custom quote.
