In the early 1980's, the Mid-West Division began its full operation. Production began in a small back section of a larger building with small-scale equipment. With the support and mechanical expertise of Fredas Cook, the Oklahoma offices have continued to grow in size, type and quality of service. In addition to being the chief of operations in our physical plant, he also is our photographic expert. His knowledge, both with traditional camera equipment and digital cameras and software are constantly expanding the range of photographic services that are offered - both free of charge and for additional fee. |

A published author and professional photographer in his own right, Fredas brings an "authors advocate" focus to production that most larger companies don't even begin to approach. His experiences allow him to pass these beliefs on to his entire production staff. As a result of his efforts, it is not uncommon for printers to halt production to confer with manuscript preparation and photographic staff in attempts to improve printed books.
Fredas is also the customer contact for all custom photographic services. These are offered both to publishing clients as well as individuals wanting to preserve and enjoy their family heritage.
One of his many current projects is with her daughter and wife, carrying on the tradition of preserving local (family) history with the Ottawa County, Oklahoma Families series.
Having the genealogical and historical interests, as much as the rest of the family, Fredas began http://www.CardinKids.com in 2006. A pictorial-based site that emphasizes using the global online community to identify these Cardin kids, from the northeast Oklahoma area, before the ID's fade with more time. Correspondence has shown Cardin kids have spread over the face of the earth, as well as "done good". Surf on over to the site and enjoy a free, down home, scrapbook-feel site that has solid genealogy values at it's core.
