Does the "book" not resemble a
book yet? Is there plenty of information, but no organization? With
this combination package, $6.25 per page includes mainly typewritten and
electronic information that a
limited
amount can be handwritten.

Completed book
text (manuscript) can be justified or not, but the same format (including font
style and size) will be utilized throughout for continuity.

A single, different
"Display" font and/or size
(than text) can
be utilized for chapter or headline type elements.

Centered text, inset type, and other
format changes can be utilized on a limited basis.

Basic header and page numbers are included
in this service package. The headers and footers may be a different type style/size than the body text.

Your choice of hard copy
or digital file - on disk or uploaded to the internet for pick up.

This package does include
our standard (surname) index. If finished manuscript pages
average over 20 names, additional costs for indexing may be incurred.
Items that may be
included with this package are photos, documents, etc., special items
such as lists, quotes, tables, etc. If the word count
or index entries average very high, this package price may
be adjusted. Costs will be discussed before work begun on
any project. If you have any questions if this is
