Gregath Privacy Statement
Gregath Company, Inc. values the privacy of it’s clients and visitors. With this in mind, we have developed this policy in order for you to understand how we collect, communicate, disclose and make use of any personal information provided to us. We have built our website to reflect the high value we place on privacy. Our site does not utilize cookies, nor employ any invasive technology (spy ware, ad ware, etc.). A visitor may notice the following caveats to the preceding statement:
Customer’s
ordering online through Paypal (or Amazon) will be prompted with/subjected to cookies once they
add to the shopping cart, leave our
site to browse Amazon or order with PayPal (including shopping cart).
Visitors may
notice cookies, and the like, when taking advantage of our Bravenet sponsored
value-added services such as guest book, classifieds, etc.
These are not Gregath initiated, but are a trade off to be able to offer
these extra services at no additional charge to you.
Gregath Company, Inc. does not share, trade, or sell any information of our clients/visitors with anyone else. Furthermore, we will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards, against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
When emailing a general question, email/contact information is not retained for further use unless it is quotation or service (such as workshop) related, or requested by the person who emailed us (such as a wait list for soon to be published books).
Potential customers who write or call for quote information have their contact information retained and put on file. Generally, this information is maintained for a minimum of one month. Periodic mailings are sent by email, however a recipient can request this be discontinued at any time.
Standard contact information for customers are also retained for office use/tracking and targeted email database in the following situations:

Customer orders a book.

Customer publishes/prints with our company.

Person attends one of our workshops/seminars.

Person signs up on a mailing list (online or in person).
Emails that are received by Gregath Company, Inc., sent to us for sharing or promotional purposes will be viewed by this company as requests to retain and use the provided email address for various future Gregath promotions.
We are committed to conducting business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality/privacy of personal information is protected and maintained.

It has been brought to our attention that sometimes individuals steal/hijack email addresses. While it is our policy not to send unsolicited or immoral material, we can not be held responsible if our address is appropriated in this manner. |
