  • Please list any photograph pages/black & white with 4 or more photos, along with how many photos are on them. (i.e. pg. 2, 4 photos; pg. 5, 8 photos, etc.)
  • Please list the number of non-process photo pages/black & white or color - if any: Pages that you have prepared half tones, scanned photos, etc. (i.e. three scanned, 8 already half-toned, etc.)
