Menus

Saturday & Sunday breakfast will be continental - a variation on a toast bar, fruit, juice, regular coffee, etc. This was very well received at our 2003 Retreat.

All other meals will be served in the dining hall, buffet or family style.

All lunch and dinner meals will be served with tea, lemonade, hot chocolate and regular or decaffeinated coffee.

Please note sample menus of the type of food we can expect for lunches and dinners.

Lunch

• hot dogs, chili, salad bar, Fruit,  and cookies

• sandwich buffet, chips, salad bar,  and brownies

• hamburgers, cheese & trimmings, salad bar, tater tots, baked beans, and jello

• Mexican casserole, salad bar, fruit tortillas

• corn dogs, mac&cheese, salad bar, and applesauce

• Sloppy Joes, salad bar, potato salad , baked beans, and jello

Dinner

• Grilled chicken, salad bar, potatoes, broccoli, rolls and cupcakes

• Chicken fettuccine, Italian salad bar, green beans, breadsticks, and strawberry shortcake

• Spaghetti with meat sauce, salad bar, green beans, breadsticks, and pudding

• BBQ Chicken, salad bar, potatoes, green beans, rolls, and cake

• Chicken fajitas with onion and pepper, tortillas, refried beans, Spanish rice, salad bar, yellow cake

• Lasagna (2 meat/5 cheese), salad bar, green beans, breadsticks, and lemon cake

Any dining restrictions that are included with registrations will be taken into consideration.
