·       What: All-inclusive historical retreat with a genealogy focus that runs from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning with a variety of different subject lectures available.

·       Where: Sky Ranch at Cave Springs, Rural Ottawa County, in northeast Oklahoma

·        When: Friday Afternoon, October 19 through Sunday Morning, October 21, 2007

·        Why: There is a growing need in the community to re-commit both the time and effort needed in gathering and preserving history, family history notably.  By submersing the individual in a low-stress, highly focused historical environment is a good way to re-invigorate interest.  This multi-day submersion retreat is also a great value when compared to single day workshops and fairs.
