Saturday & Sunday breakfast will be extended continental. Continental style was very well received at past retreats and Stonebrook puts on a great spread. Those staying at Stonebrook and attending the 2008 seminar were treated to cheese omelets, as well as assorted muffins, bagels, waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, etc.

All other meals are to be announced, but will be served in the meeting room. Meals may be served either buffet style or individual meals.

The meeting room will always have munchies and drinks!

Friday Dinner

Build Your Own:
Fajitas - lightly seasoned ground beef, onion/pepper mix, cheese, beans, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, add on seasonings, wraps
Sundae Bar - dark and "regular" chocolate syrup, sliced almonds, coconut, cinnamon, etc.
Salad
Chips
tea, coffee

Saturday Lunch

Baked Potato Bar: includes smoked beef, soup & salad
mini-croissants
cupcakes
tea, coffee

Saturday Dinner

Lasagna
mixed vegetables
cheesecake
tea, coffee
