Unfortunately, after booking to near capacity, Sky Ranch at Cave Springs informed us our ranch house availability was reduced by at least 5 hours, due to a new group's needs. This was unforeseen as our 2013 schedule mirrored 2011, and the completed SRCS contract did not address timeframe. While still welcome on this Christian campus, alternatives would have drastically reduced the retreat experience.

We are sorry to announce that have found no comparable alternative and have canceled. We thank Julie McClain, Guest Services Specialist and Doug McClain, Camp Director for their efforts of August 28, 2013.

We have enjoyed our relationship with Cave Springs, since 2003, and everyone seems to have a wonderful time there. We wish all those attending SRCS during our originally scheduled dates the best.

Consider sending in your reservation with a down payment of at least $75.00 (or more) as soon as possible, as we will have no more than 15 total attending. Down payments will put you on the list. The only way a partial paid package will be "bumped" is is another fully paid registration arrives for the last spot.

Day Trippers - by the class:

A la carte (by the class) $25.00 each (until 10-1-13) - as space available. If demand for the limited space exceeds interest, these reservations may be fully refunded so more full packages are available.

Full Retreat Package - all inclusive:

Attendees will arrive Saturday morning - a full day of sessions, meals and fun. Sunday, attendees rise to a continental breakfast and more classes before the campus closes. Lecture time offered totals at least ten hours. All lodging and meals (family style in the Ranch House), door prizes, refreshments, goodie bags and as much genealogy (with related topics) as you want are all included. Payments are accepted.

Standard/All Inclusive $175.00 each (until 10-1-13) A $250 value in class time alone - same great price as 2011! - as space available
