Unless other arrangements are requested and negotiated, Monday overnight accommodation included with each retreat package include your own queen bed (queen/queen) in a non-smoking, double occupancy, room with basic taxes and gratuity. You can request a roommate, or we provide roommate matching (as available), free of charge. If you register and are the "odd man out", prefer a single room, or bring a non-retreat guest, a single supplement is available.

All rooms have a mini-fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, flat screen TV, complementary Wi-Fi and a safe. The entire venue is ADA compliant. Further optional resort amenities include Credit Cards Accepted, Exercise/Fitness Facilities, Full Bar, Gift Shop, Handicapped Parking, Indoor and Outdoor Pools, 6 Restaurant on site, and room service 24/7 as well as gaming.

Any personal charges incurred during your stay (valet, bellmen, room service, spa treatments, golf, pay per view, toll calls, etc.) will need to be settled with the resort before checkout.

Extra nights may be added to your retreat experience easily, if arranged ahead of time with GCI.

No pets, other than pre-arranged service animals are allowed in the hotel areas.

Kappa Tower features an indoor, heated pool, hot tub, outdoor patio and bar service year round. The resort also maintains an outdoor heated pool, large deck, cabanas, hot tub and fire pit. The outdoor pool is closed during the winter months and during inclement weather.

Sunday – Thursday, 8AM – 10PM
Bar service opens at 10AM daily
Adults only after 8PM.
