Overnight Accommodations

Unless other arrangements are requested and negotiated, Monday overnight accommodation included with each genealogy escape package gives each attendee your own queen bed (queen/queen) in a non-smoking, double occupancy, room with resort fee, valet parking, taxes and basic room gratuity included. You can request a specific roommate, or we provide roommate matching (as available) - at no extra cost to attendee. If an attendee is the "odd man out", prefers a single room, or brings non-retreat guests, a single or +1 supplement, as well as additional rooms and nights are available.

All rooms have a mini-fridge, single serve coffee maker with supplies, two complementary bottles of water, hair dryer, iron, flat screen TV, complementary Wi-Fi and a safe. The entire venue is ADA compliant. Further amenities included are morning a paper at your door, turn down service, valet parking, programmable light and temperature controls, exercise/fitness facilities, handicapped parking, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. By-fee further resort amenities include Full Bars, a Coffee Bar, Gift Shop, 6 Restaurant on site, and room service 24/7 - as well as gaming, golf and spa opportunities. Some 2018 packages include some golf and spa options.

Kappa Tower (where attendees will overnight) features an indoor, heated pool, hot tub, outdoor patio bar and towel service year round. The resort also maintains an outdoor heated pool, large deck, cabanas, hot tub and fire pit. The outdoor pool is closed during the winter months and during inclement weather.

Any personal charges incurred during your stay (bellmen, room service/specialty food, pay per view, toll calls, spa treatments or golf, etc.) will need to be settled with the resort before checkout. Also please note that while basic gratuities are included for food service and housekeeping, tipping for any other service - including outstanding - is up to the individual attendee.
