Tip in: A thin line of adhesive is applied along the edge of a leaf (usually along the binding edge), and the leaf is tipped onto another leaf (usually at the binding edge). The openability of a tipped-in leaf will be somewhat restricted.

Design Inspiration - overall colors

Even if you don't have a full color budget, you can consider color on a bigger scale. What colors of cover are offered and what colors of imprint are included in the base price? What colors of end sheets and text paper can be used economically? A brown suede-look book might really be enhanced with cream text and end papers. Then, to use gold or bronze foil or even cream ink?

Sections of the book are placed into the machine at a 45 degree angle and are then clamped. Vertical punches (spaced 1 inch apart) punch holes through the pages of each section. Threaded needles pass through the punched holes, enter through the spine, and exit the section approximately 3/16 inch in from the back edge of the page. Horizontal shuttle needles then pass through each of the separately formed thread loops and complete the stitch. The process is repeated to form successive lock stitches up the spine of the book. When all pages have been stitched, the raw book is then glued and reinforced with woven fabric.

Computer aid?!? - change your wallpaper

Right click any empty space on your desktop (what you see when you turn your computer on). Click "properties" - when the box comes up, click the wall paper tab at the top of the box. There is a scroll box (with down arrow on the right side) that contains lots of options. Once you have picked one you like (they preview in the box), you might take the time to explore the other options the box provides. Last step is to click the OK button.
