Specification "spec" sheet: A book's "road map" - instructions for font type and size, for captions, heading, text, etc, placement of illustrations, captions, etc. for the typesetter or manuscript preparation professional.

Do add other things besides text!
Books can be dry facts, or the most wonderful and engaging non-fiction historical account. However, it's always nice to "spice up" the text with other items.
Basic ideas include:

family photos- portraits and/or snap shots

photographs of the place
-
Historical photos from local, regional or national archives
-
artwork - drawings, paintings, sketches
-
maps
-
clip art- historical and decorative design elements such as dividers

documents - to go along with transcriptions

keepsakes

different bullets

- To the right of that box (At), you want to click that down arrow to choose a point size 1 point smaller than what you are using (example 12 pt text - 11 pt at). Generally no more than 2 pts smaller - or you begin to cut off sections of the top and bottom of the words.
- Click OK button at bottom - this will effect everything that was highlighted. If nothing is highlighted, it will only effect the line/paragraph where the cursor is currently.
